Ada Poon
Ada Poon is the founder AmLeisure Group Berhad, which operates four travel and tourism-related business entities (Travel Guide, World Tourism, Go Traz and Space Hotel) and Techcas Holdings. A graduate of the School of Business Administration, Stamford University, Malaysia, she is currently the managing director AmLeisure Group and President of Young Entrepreneurs & Women Entrepreneurs of SME Association of Malaysia.
As an accomplished professional in the travel and tourism industry, Ada is mainly responsible for marketing, planning and business execution at AmLeisure. Armed with 17 years of media and publishing experience in addition to three years of managing a public company, she is highly proficient in all aspects of management, specialising in sales and marketing, brand planning, event management and magazine production.
Ada’s well-qualified insights in the travel and tourism industry has been honed through years of travelling around the world by experiencing various interesting cultures and customs of many different countries. Her rich tapestry of experiences and observations is often shared with her peers and associates to further improve the travel and tourism industry.
Following her establishment of the World Tourism Awards – Malaysia in 2019, Ada is now regarded as one of the new and young driving forces breathing new life and enthusiasm into the Malaysian travel and tourism industry. By establishing the annual awards, it is her fervent belief that they can spawn greater awareness and recognition on the need to have all-round service excellence at all levels and sectors of the expanding industry.
Based on her observations of industry trends and developments around various tourism sectors around the world, Ada feels that there is plenty that Malaysia can do to attract greater numbers of long-stay travellers, well-heeled tourists and adventure-seekers, raise industry standards and generate valuable foreign exchange for the country.
Against the backdrop of the ‘Malaysia Boleh’ spirit, Ada believes that Malaysia can achieve more in the global travel and tourism industry and bring greater prosperity to Malaysians in the process.
Dato' Clavin Khiu
D.B.A. (h.c.) (born 1981) is a Malaysian entrepreneur, businessman, and investor. He is the chairman of Mk Curtain Berhad (MK),the biggest curtain showroom in Malaysia. He is also the chairman of Outstanding Entrepreneurs (OE) School for Entrepreneurs. Khiu has been accorded numerous awards and honors including “World Excellent Young Leader”, “Outstanding Young Asian Entrepreneur Award”, and “Ten Outstanding Young Malaysian (TOYM)”. Dato worked with AmLeisure Group as business advisor which helped in planning and executing business strategies to improve efficiency in the operational and financial management of businesses. He advise on projects and marketing and perform risk analysis.

Janice Poon
Janice Poon is the Executive Director of AmLeisure Group Berhad, which operates four travel and tourism-related business entities (Travel Guide, World Tourism, Go Traz and Space Hotel). A graduate of Systematic Institute Of Information Technology Malaysia, she is currently the Executive director AmLeisure Group.As an accomplished professional in the travel and tourism industry, Janice is mainly responsible for Operation at AmLeisure. Armed with 13 years of media and publishing experience. She is highly proficient in all aspects of management, specialising in Space Hotel management , finance and Human Resourcer.Following her establishment of the Space Hotel – Malaysia in 2018, Janice is now regarded as one of the new and young driving forces breathing new life and enthusiasm into the Malaysian travel and tourism industry. By establishing the space hotel, it is her fervent belief that they can spawn greater awareness and recognition on the need to have all-round service excellence at all levels and sectors of the expanding industry.
Miccele Siow
Miccele Siow was born in Kuala Lumpur and has always been doing charity work in her own special way amidst her immediate community until she went big-time in charity work from 2019 onwards. A graduate of Systematic College, she is now a Director of Flexevo (M) Sdn Bhd, a company dealing in computer equipment and office equipment and supplies for the past 13 years. Miccele is also a Director of Gotraz Sdn Bhd, a company undertaking tourism-related ventures. For instance, GoTraz successfully organised the World Top Tourism Awards at Berjaya Times Square Hotel in Kuala Lumpur on Oct 16, 2019, which was an effort to further boost the Malaysian tourism industry through greater brand recognition and excellent service quality. Her future plans in the tourism industry is to go regional with her endeavours but with Malaysia being central to her core business philosophy of win-win with regional partners. In 2019, Miccele received an award from the Madam Tan Hong Mui Scholarship Foundation for her generosity. In this regard, she raised funds to help deserving students to attain better educational excellence and opportunities. The driving force behind Miccele’s keenness in wanting to help the young and under-privileged stems from her belief that EDUCATION IS THE PASSPORT TO THE FUTURE. As such, Miccele wants to prepare young minds and young talents for the challenges of tomorrow so that they can eventually be useful citizns for the country. Miccele also believes that there is no heavier burden than an unfulfilled potential. Therefore, Miccele goes by the maxim of “Great work is done by people who are not afraid to be great”. All in all, Miccele wants to help to harness the collective strengths and talents of Malaysians to make Malaysia even better in the future.

Joyce Chai
As a visionary leader with excellent management skills and a knack for directing company operations in a growth minded direction, Joyce Chai has been helping companies reach their true potential overs 15 years. As a Operation Director in both AmLeisure Group and Go Travel Zone Sdn Bhd, she levarage her excellent leadership and teamwork skill in order to ensure the every single project run smoothly and complete on time. She is the person in charge for all projects inlcuding travel program productions, privellage events as well as private trips. She ensure every projects meet client’s specific needs while keeping cost down and handling all aspects of travel. Joyce Chai aslo one of the committee member of Young Entrepreneurs & Women Entrepreneurs of SME Association of Malaysia. She hopes help to build more women entrepreneurs and foster a stronger support ecosystem that would contribute positively to the country.She holds a Tourism Management from the Taylor University College.
Dionne Chua
Dionne Chua is a trainer for all levels in both in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English languages with more than 10 years of experience in the training arena, she is known to facilitate her programs using very practical handson approach, enabling participants to relate to her teachings easier. She has successfully designed, developed and customized training programs to the unique requirement of the client for various programs especially in the fields of health and wellness industry due to her previous experience of 10 years in the network wellness industry and 15 years in Sales & Marketing for Luxury Fashion Brand. Dionne current’s position was the Marketing Manager for Space Lounge. She helped to develop several new project ideas, and marketed the completed vision to several client. She utilise her significant knowledge to manage Space Lounge and ensure the positive company growth. She is also a Motivation Speaker, Focus Personality Analyst Psychology Speaker, HRDF Trainer and Certified Professional Image Consultant. She is also involved in the charity movement as USANA Foundation Ambassador.

Masinne Yup
Masinne Yup was appointed as an Admin Manager of the Group and graduated with LCCI in Accounting and she is a student of Association of Chartered Certified Accountant since Year 2007.
She started career with an Account Executive, with 13 years experiences of Account and Admin Management in an Export Furniture Company of Malaysia, and she joined AmLeisure Group since 2019 as an Admin Manager and responsible for all administrative task of the group.
Masinne Yup is a Secretary of Women Entrepreneurs and Young Entrepreneurs Divisions of SME Association of Malaysia who is responsible for all secretary task of the Divisions.
